1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided under the Shopion brand, operated by URBAN GETAWAY SRL.

By purchasing a plan or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Shopion provides ongoing ecommerce operations support for online stores, including store management, technical support, design, automation and marketplace management. Services are delivered under monthly plans, each including a set number of working hours. Every plan gives access to our full range of services — you spend the hours on whatever tasks you need.

3. Plans and pricing

• Starter — 10 hours / month — €300/month
• Growth — 20 hours / month — €550/month
• Pro — 40 hours / month — €1000/month
• Additional hours — from €30/hour

We are not registered for VAT, so the prices shown are final and no VAT is added. Plans are billed monthly, in advance. Additional hours used beyond your plan are billed separately.

4. How hours work

Each plan includes a set number of hours per billing cycle. Unused hours remain available until used, but expire 90 days after they were allocated. Hours do not roll over beyond this 90-day period and have no cash value. Unused or expired hours are not refundable.

5. Payment

Payment is due in advance for each monthly cycle. Access to services depends on your plan being active and paid. We reserve the right to pause work if a payment is overdue.

6. Cancellation

Plans are monthly with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for the current month or for unused hours. Any hours remaining at cancellation are forfeited once the plan ends.

7. Turnaround and estimates

We provide time estimates for requested work before starting. Estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed deadlines, as timing can depend on the complexity of the task and information provided by you.

8. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to your store, platforms and accounts as needed
• Ensure you have the rights and licences for any content, images or assets you ask us to use
• Comply with the terms of the platforms and marketplaces you operate on (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eMAG)

9. Intellectual property

Work we deliver specifically for you becomes yours once the relevant hours are paid. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Any third-party tools, fonts or assets remain subject to their own licences.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your store data, credentials and business information as confidential and use them only to provide our services.

11. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party platforms, plugins, hosting or actions outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the plan in the month the issue arose.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Romania.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
